Frantic preparations for Christmas Eve dinner. Carp, mushrooms, and other fish. And those last-minute Christmas gifts bought in a frenzy. The head of the family can't button his Christmas shirt? The kids have outgrown their festive clothes? The manicurist is out of appointments... Is there anything else that might surprise you?

Well, yes... Family for the holidays. And those annual arguments at the holiday table. I wonder what will come up this year... Or maybe there's some magical way to get through the holidays in a harmonious atmosphere, without arguments and unnecessary stress?

Yes!

It may not be easy, but: Get some sleep before the holidays! And share it with your loved ones.

Because people who lack adequate sleep are more prone to arguments, unethical behavior, and have difficulty communicating with others. They also lack empathy and understanding of other people's emotions and perspectives.
