Sleep - it's fascinating that we have such a simple, natural and effective mechanism for regulating and regenerating the body at our fingertips! But are we taking full advantage of it?

We appreciate the value of sleep when, after a few sleepless nights, we realize that there is only a few percent of power left in our energy bank, when concentration drops to zero, and in the fridge, between lettuce and cottage cheese, we find the keys to the house hidden by ourselves. And this is just the beginning of the sleepless adventures. When we manage to get a quality sleep of 7, 8 or even 9 hours, we notice an incredible difference based on the contrast - it makes you want to live! We have tested it on ourselves so many times and we know that everything starts with a good sleep, including our story.

our story

Six years ago, Ania's mother fell ill: "I was with her and I saw how weak she was from lack of sleep and pain. The notorious lack of sleep, a lot of tension in the body, as well as the disease intensified her ailments and she developed persistent migraines and back pain. At that moment, a strong need to create a comfortable space for my mother to rest awakened in me.

I reached for various ways so that she could fall asleep at least for a while - I put her on ordinary pillows, then on foam, profiled ones, I even rolled blankets so that her neck and head had more stable support ... to no avail. Until I found out about a really old home remedy for ailments - this remedy turned out to be a vegetable pillow!"

An ordinary pillow produced incredible results. We sewed another one for our Grandfather who suffered from insomnia - it also helped!

Before long, friends of yogis came for meditation cushions. A friend asked us to sew eye pillows. And finally, being pregnant with her daughter Pola, in cooperation with the Institute of Mother and Child, she designed a comfortable, breathable, hypoallergenic, safe and healthy, and fully natural and ecological mattress. Since no available product met her expectations, she created it herself.

This is how Plantula was created!
