This Privacy Policy sets out the principles of personal data processing as part of the "Sleep is also a cosmetic" campaign, implemented by the joint controllers:

  • MyBestPharm SA with its registered office in Kędzierzyn-Koźle, ul. Powstańców 70, 47-220 Kędzierzyn-Koźle,

  • Bieluń & Bielun sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Szczecin, ul. Sosnowa 6c, 71-468 Szczecin, (brand: Ministerstwo. )

hereinafter referred to jointly as the Joint Controllers .

2. Scope and purpose of data processing

As part of the "Sleep is also a cosmetic" campaign, personal data is collected in the form of an e-mail address provided voluntarily in the registration form.

These data are processed for the following purposes:

  • sending e-mails related to the campaign, including participation in the 7-day challenge and a newsletter with educational content and inspiration,

  • maintaining contact after the end of the campaign by sending newsletters, offers, information about products, promotions and events organized by the Joint Controllers ,

  • conducting marketing communications regarding the Joint Controllers’ products and brands,

  • carrying out analytical and remarketing activities in order to tailor content to the interests of recipients,

  • measuring the effectiveness of campaigns and profiling based on statistical data (e.g. e-mail openings, link clicks, website visits).

The legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR – the consent of the data subject expressed when signing up for the newsletter or participating in the challenge.

3. Joint data control

The joint controllers work together to collect and use data for marketing and communication purposes as part of the campaign. They have agreed that the main point of contact for participants is Golden Grain sp. z o. o.

Your data may be processed by each of the above entities to the extent necessary to achieve common marketing goals and in accordance with the consent granted.

4. Data recipients

The joint controllers may transfer data:

  • IT service and hosting providers,

  • entities that send e-mails (e.g. Klaviyo),

  • entities providing analytical and remarketing services (e.g. Google, Meta),

  • public authorities entitled to obtain data under the law.

Data may be transferred to third countries (e.g. the USA) only as part of services that guarantee an adequate level of data protection, in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR (e.g. through the use of standard contractual clauses).

5. Data storage period

The data is processed until the User withdraws consent .
The consent granted remains valid even after the end of the campaign, which means that the Joint Controllers may continue to send commercial information and newsletters as part of their marketing activities until the consent is withdrawn.

After withdrawal of consent, data may be processed only for evidentiary and billing purposes for a period not longer than 2 years.

Each e-mail message contains a link enabling you to unsubscribe from receiving further messages (unsubscribe from the newsletter).

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

  • access to your data and receive a copy thereof,

  • rectification (correction) of data,

  • deletion of data (“right to be forgotten”),

  • restrictions on data processing,

  • transferring data to another controller,

  • object to profiling or marketing activities,

  • withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the compliance of processing prior to withdrawal,

  • lodging a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

7. Cookies and analytical technologies

The campaign website may use cookies and analytical tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Pixel) to analyze traffic, optimize content, and conduct remarketing activities. Users can change their cookie settings in their browser at any time.

8. Final provisions

Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to receive messages as part of the "Sleep is also a cosmetic" campaign.
The policy is effective from the date of its publication on the campaign website.
