How to care for your Plantule pillow?

remove the pillowcase and wash according to the instructions on the label (up to 40°C)

before washing, remove the husks - they must not be washed in water

If the pillow gets wet, pour out the filling and dry it in a warm, airy place.

When to replace shells?
To ensure the pillow retains its health-promoting properties,we recommend replacing the husks every 12 months .

Step 1 | Get to know your Plantula
Get to know your Plantula and spend a few minutes with it before bed. This is an important step in adapting the pillow to your body, so it's just like you. Rest your head on it and make sure it's the right thickness for you. Feel free to touch, knead, and move the husk – you'll discover how pliable and comfortable it is.
Step 2 | Adjust the thickness of the pillow
A pillow should perfectly complement your body shape and your preferred sleeping position. If it's thick enough, great! If not, feel free to open the pillow, pour a cup (or more) of husk into a paper or cotton bag, and see if it's comfortable. Continue pouring husk out and adding it until you achieve the optimal thickness. Even pouring out half the filling will be fine. Save the excess husk for later; you may find you can refill your Plantula with it later.
Step 3 | Shape the pillow
Once you know the perfect Plantula thickness for you, it's time to shape it! Before lying down on the pillow, use your hands to form a depression for your head, and create a bolster at the bottom that will support your neck and spine. Sit down and see if you're comfortable. Move the scales with your arms and shape the pillow until you feel a moment of complete harmony with your body.
How to care for Plantula?
You can easily wash the white pillowcase at up to 30 °C after pouring out the filling. Don't wash the husks themselves. If the pillow gets wet , pour out the husks and dry them in a warm, well-ventilated place. Frost and sun have a refreshing effect on the Plantula pillow. Because nature offers us the best solutions!
When to replace the shell?
Remember to replace the hulls with new ones after a year of use, replenished with their health-promoting properties. Eco-friendly fillings are particularly sensitive to moisture, which is abundant in the bedroom. Everyone sweats, cries, or even spills their morning glass of water. Therefore, a year is the perfect time to keep your eco-friendly hulls fresh.
