How to use Plantula?
Put the batch with seeds in the microwave (600 W for 2 min.) or in the oven (temp. 100° - 120°C for approx. 20 min.). To get a cold compress, place the batch in the freezer (for approx. 30 - 40 minutes). Thanks to the properties of cherry seeds, you can apply a warm or cold Plantule hot water bottle wrapped in a cotton pillowcase directly to the body without the risk of burns or frostbite.
How to care for Plantula?
We do not wash the insert with cherry pits.
