The large Plantule yoga bolster can be shaped to any shape, ensuring you're always comfortable. It's made of Panama-weave cotton, which is what makes it durable and resilient.

Buckwheat or spelt husk to choose from

You can choose from two fillings: buckwheat hulls or spelt hulls. The hulls are grown in a traditional, ecological manner—without chemicals, sprays, or pesticides. The pure hulls are created through specially developed, artisanal processing, making them as light and soft as possible, positively impacting the roller's use and the comfort of your relaxation.

If you choose a buckwheat husk filling, the pillow will be heavier, firmer, and slightly cooler. Buckwheat husk is breathable, providing excellent air circulation, and due to its malleability, it will always conform to the shape of your body.

If you choose to fill it with spelt husk, the roller will be lighter, softer, and slightly warmer —ideal for yin yoga or restorative yoga practices. Spelt husk neutralizes tension in the body and induces a state of blissful relaxation. When heated, it acts like a hot water bottle—warmed by a radiator or in the sun, the roller enhances its healing properties and can be applied to areas in need of warmth.

Adjustable thickness

The roller should fit you perfectly to ensure comfort during exercise and practice, so you can adjust its thickness to suit your body's needs. A new roller is firm and generously filled with fresh husks. It softens over time, but if you need to reduce its thickness now, feel free to open the roller, pour a cup (or more) of husks into a paper or cotton bag, and see if it's comfortable. Save any excess husks for later; you may find you'll need them to refill your Plantula later.

How to care for the Plantule roller?

You can wash the Plantule bolster after emptying the husks. Thanks to the sewn-in zipper, the cover can be easily removed and washed at up to 40 degrees Celsius. The husks themselves are not cleaned. If the bolster gets wet, empty the husks and dry them in a warm, well-ventilated place.
