How to prepare Plantula for sleep?
Step 1 | Get to know your Plantula
Get to know your Plantula and devote a few minutes to it before bedtime. This is an important moment of adjusting the pillow to your body so that it is just like you. Put your head on it and make sure its thickness is right for you. Feel free to touch, knead and move the husk - you will find out how plastic and comfortable it is.
Step 2 | Adjust the thickness of the pillow
The pillow should perfectly match your figure and the position in which you like to sleep. If its thickness is right, great! If not, don't worry, open the pillow, pour a cup (or more) of husk into a paper or cotton bag and check if you are comfortable. Scrape and add the husk until you get the optimum thickness. Even if you spill half of the filling, it will be OK. Save the excess husk for later, it may turn out that after some time you will supplement Plantula with it.
Step 3 | Model the pillow
If you already know what thickness of Plantula is just right for you, it's time for modeling! Before you lie down on the pillow, form a hollow for your head with your hand, and at the bottom, shape a roller that will support your neck and spine. Lie down and make sure you're comfortable. Move the scales with your arms and shape the pillow until you feel the moment of full harmony with your body.
How to care for Plantula?
You can wash the pillowcase according to the instructions on the label after pouring out the filling. Do not clean the scales themselves. If the pillow gets wet, throw out the husks and dry them in a warm and airy place. Frost and sun refresh the Plantula pillow. Because nature tells us the best solutions!
When to replace the shell?
Remember to replace the scales with new ones, full of their health-promoting properties, after a year of use.

The outer cover is made of a durable, waterproof, melange-weave fabric that resembles natural linen. It's stain- and abrasion-resistant , and its texture effectively conceals fur , ensuring the bed remains aesthetically pleasing for years to come, despite daily use.
We used special, certified OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 material , made of 100% polyester, for its production. This is a conscious choice – ensuring functionality, durability, and ease of care. Thanks to its high water resistance, the bed's interior and its natural filling are well protected.
The inner lining is 100% cotton.

Why does the bed weigh more than classic models?

This is thanks to the use of a natural, plant-based filling made of buckwheat husks, which provides stability, fit, and real support for the dog's body. This "weight" prevents the bed from shifting or sagging, and is truly therapeutic. -
The outer cover is made of waterproof material, protecting the interior from moisture and dirt. For daily use, simply wipe it with a damp cloth – no washing required.
When it's time for a more intense refresh, the zippered cover can be easily removed and washed at up to 30°C. Do not wash the buckwheat hulls – if necessary, remove the inner hull filling and air it out completely, or dry it in a warm, well-ventilated place.
Over time, the shell may become slightly compacted – this is a natural process. Therefore, the set includes an additional portion of filling, which will allow you to easily restore the bed to its original shape and comfort.
