About the filling

Buckwheat husk is:

We filled the pillow with buckwheat husks grown in a traditional, ecological manner—without chemicals, sprays, or pesticides. The pure husks are produced through specially developed, artisanal processing, making them as light and soft as possible, positively impacting the pillow's use and the comfort of your relaxation.

Thanks to its buckwheat husk filling, the pillow is stable, firm, and slightly cool. Buckwheat husk is breathable, ensuring excellent air circulation, and its malleability allows it to always conform to the shape of your body.

Adjustable thickness

A meditation cushion should fit you perfectly to ensure comfort while sitting and practicing, so you can adjust its thickness to suit your individual body shape. A new cushion is firm and generously filled with fresh husks. It softens over time, but if you need to reduce its thickness now, feel free to open the cushion, pour a cup (or more) of husks into a paper or cotton bag, and see if it's comfortable. Save any excess husks for later—you may find you can refill your Plantula with them later.

How to care for your Plantule pillow?

You can wash the Plantule pillow after emptying the husks. Thanks to the sewn-in zipper, the cover can be easily removed and washed at up to 40 degrees Celsius. The husks themselves are not cleaned. If the pillow gets wet, empty the husks and dry them in a warm, well-ventilated place.
