How to use the Plantula hot water bottle?

To warm the hot water bottle, place the seed insert in the microwave (600 W for 2 minutes) or in the oven (temp. 100° - 120°C for approx. 20 minutes). For a cold compress, place the insert in the freezer (for approx. 30 - 40 minutes). Thanks to the properties of cherry seeds, you can apply a warm or cold Plantule hot water bottle directly to the body without the risk of burns or frostbite.

Wherever you are - at work, in the car, on the go, Plantula will provide you with stable support and help you relax. The pillow fits perfectly to the neck and head, gently massages them and relaxes tense muscles. Choice of buckwheat or spelled hulls

You can choose between two fillings - buckwheat hull or spelled husk.
If you choose a filling in the form of buckwheat hulls, the pillow will be heavier, firmer and slightly cooler. Buckwheat hull is airy and ensures perfect air circulation, and due to its plasticity, it will always adapt to the shape of your body.

How to use the Plantula pillow?

The pillow can be placed directly on the eyes or forehead, e.g. after a long work at the computer, before bedtime or for relaxation after a yoga session. Chilled in the refrigerator or in the freezer, Plantula can be safely applied to sore and swollen places and used as a cold compress.

Plantula can also be used under the wrist and forearm as part of the prevention of carpal tunnel. Placed under the wrist, e.g. when working at the computer, it keeps it in a neutral, straight position. Plantula placed under the forearm relieves tension caused by long work at the computer.

How to care for Plantula?

Thanks to the sewn-in zipper, the covers can be easily removed and washed at a temperature of up to 40 degrees. We do not wash the insert with seeds. If the pillows get grains or husks wet, they should be thrown out and dried in a warm, airy place.
