How to prepare the Plantula pillow for sleep?
Get to know your Plantula pillow and devote a few minutes to it before bedtime. This is an important moment of adjusting the pillow to your body to make it just like you!
Step 1 Get to know your Plantula
Put your head on it and make sure its thickness is right for you. Feel free to touch, knead and move the husk - you will find out how plastic and comfortable it is.
Step 2 Adjust the height of the cushion
The pillow should perfectly match your figure and the position in which you like to sleep. If its thickness is right, great! If not, don't worry, open the pillow, pour a cup (or more) of husk into a paper or cotton bag and check if you are comfortable. Scrape and add the husk until you get the optimum thickness. Even if you spill half of the filling, it will be OK. Save the excess husk for later, it may turn out that after some time you will supplement Plantula with it.
Step 3 Shape the pillow
Before you go to sleep, form a hollow for your head with your hand, and in the bottom of the pillow, shape a roller that will support your neck and spine. Lie down and make sure you're comfortable. Move the scales with your arms and shape the pillow until you feel the moment of full harmony with your body.
