About the Plantula pillow

The pillow is made of pleasant to the touch, soft cotton. After opening the zipper, you will find an internal cotton insert filled with coarse salt, also equipped with a zipper, for convenient pouring and refilling of salt. Salt has properties anti-inflammatory, antibacterial. When heated, it accumulates heat and slowly releases it. When chilled, it acts as a pain-relieving compress.

Preparation

Spread the pillow, pour its contents into the pan or oven. Heat the salt for a few minutes until it is warm but not too hot. Then pour the heated salt into the pillow and literally add a few drops of the oil to the sinuses. Zip up, get comfortable and place a pillow, e.g. on your forehead, to enjoy the power of relaxing warmth and anti-inflammatory aromatic compounds of the oil.

You can put a pillow with salt and oil on your forehead and enjoy the heat and antibacterial and anti-inflammatory compounds contained in the oil, or bring it closer to your nose and use it as a salt-oil inhalation.
