How to use the Plantula hot water bottle?

To warm the hot water bottle, place the seed insert in the microwave (600 W for 2 minutes) or in the oven (temp. 100° - 120°C for approx. 20 minutes). For a cold compress, place the insert in the freezer (for approx. 30 - 40 minutes). Thanks to the properties of cherry seeds, You can apply a warm or cold Plantule hot water bottle directly to the body without the risk of burns or frostbite.

Choice of buckwheat or spelled hulls

The pillow can be placed directly on the eyes or forehead, e.g. after a long work at the computer, before bedtime or for relaxation after a yoga session. Chilled in the refrigerator or in the freezer, Plantula can be safely applied to sore and swollen places and used as a cold compress.

Thanks to the sewn-in zipper, the covers can be easily removed and washed at a temperature of up to 40 degrees. We do not wash the insert with seeds. If the pillows get grains or husks wet, they should be thrown out and dried in a warm, airy place.
