A linen meditation cushion filled with ecological buckwheat husk is a balanced in size and height aid for practicing mindfulness, observing your thoughts, emotions or breathing. We filled the pillow with buckwheat husk grown in a traditional, ecological way - without chemicals, spraying or pesticides. Pure scales are created thanks to specially developed, craft processing, thanks to which they are as light and delicate as possible, which positively affects the use of the pillow and the comfort of your relaxation.
Thanks to the filling in the form of buckwheat hulls, the pillow is stable, hard and slightly cool. Buckwheat hull is airy and ensures perfect air circulation, and due to its plasticity, it will always adapt to the shape of your body.
Adjustable thickness
A meditation cushion should perfectly match you so that you are comfortable while sitting and practicing, so you can adjust its thickness and adjust it to the individual structure of your body. The new pillow is hard, filled with plenty of fresh husk. It becomes softer over time, but if you need to reduce its thickness right now, don't worry, open the roller, pour a cup (or more) of husks into a paper or cotton bag and check if you are comfortable. Save the excess husk for later, it may turn out that after some time you will fill the pillow with it.
How to care for a pillow?
You can wash the pillow after pouring the husks out of it. Thanks to the sewn-in zipper, the linen pillowcase can be easily removed and washed at a temperature of up to 40 degrees using a mild detergent and dried away from the sun. We do not clean the husks themselves. If the pillow gets wet, the husks should be thrown out and dried in a warm, airy place.
