How to use Plantula?
You can get a pillow put directly on the eyes or forehead e.g. after a long work at the computer, before bedtime or for relaxation after a yoga session. Chilled in the fridge or in the freezer, Plantula can be safely applied to sore and swollen places and used as a cold compress .
Plantula can also be used under the wrist and forearm in frames carpal tunnel prevention. Placed under the wrist, e.g. when working at the computer, it keeps it in a neutral, straight position. Plantula placed under the forearm relieves tension caused by long work at the computer.
How to care for Plantula?
You can wash the pillowcase according to the instructions on the label after pouring out the filling. If the pillow gets wet, pour out the grains and dry them in a warm and airy place.
