How to use Plantula?
To warm the hot water bottle, place the seed insert in the microwave (600 W for 2 minutes) or in the oven (temp. 100° - 120°C for approx. 20 minutes). For a cold compress, place the insert in the freezer (for approx. 30 - 40 minutes). Thanks to the properties of cherry seeds, you can apply a warm or cold Plantule hot water bottle directly to the body without the risk of burns or frostbite.
How to care for Plantula?
You can wash the pillowcase according to the instructions on the label. We do not wash the insert with cherry pits.
